Great customer service!..
This morning, I emailed Petsready.com as my package hasn’t arrived as scheduled. They promised to track it down and emailed me back within an hour that the shipping company made a mistake and it was on route to our house. Now, that is good customer service! The girl who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I am completely happy with my standard kit for cats, and it comes with great customer service, too!
Great Purchase!
I am very pleased with my purchase of the Standard Emergency Supply Kit for Cats. The backpack is so comfortable to carry if you need to run out in a hurry and have your hands free to grab your pets. Plus, its bright red color will make it easier to spot if your house is as cluttered as ours. I know my cat will be much safer now. I don’t have to worry about the food or water going bad – it has a 5-year shelf life; he would be warm and snuggly and even have toys to play with. We will get another kit to give to our friends as a gift and it's one of the best (and important) purchases we ever made for our cat.
